The 2nd Second Extended General Meeting of the Paper Tube Industry Branch of China Textile Machinery Association was successfully held in Tengchong, Yunnan from May 13 to 14, 2026. Centering on the theme "Unite Forces in Tengchong, Forge Ahead Against Odds", the event gathered enterprises across the whole paper tube industrial chain and industry experts for in-depth discussions on the current situation, technological innovation and future trends of the chemical fiber paper tube industry. Fishbone analysis is adopted to systematically identify and resolve production problems, offering scientific management guidance for enterprises in the industry.
The conference sorted out the full-range inspection status of textile and chemical fiber production. Covering polymer melt polymerization, material conveying, melt spinning, winding forming, appearance inspection, physical and chemical testing as well as finished product quality control, it pointed out that domestic equipment still has gaps and inferior performance compared with imported counterparts in some key inspection links, charting the course for future technological breakthroughs.
Meanwhile, the conference interpreted key intelligent manufacturing projects for textile machinery under the 15th Five-Year Plan and put forward four core development directions:
1.Digital Design and Verification Platform for Textile Equipment
Build a comprehensive model library via 3D parametric modeling and topology optimization algorithms to realize equipment virtual simulation, shortening the cycle from design to application of high-end textile machinery.
2.Flexible Production Lines and Smart Workshops for Textile Machinery
Adopt process reuse, parametric configuration and digital twin-based flexible assembly systems to achieve dynamic process adaptation and automatic rhythm optimization for diversified products.
3.Intelligent Inspection System for Core Components of Textile Equipment
Develop on-site inspection devices integrated with machine vision and laser scanning technologies, and establish a reverse feedback mechanism linking inspection data to processing techniques to guarantee the reliability and uniformity of core parts.
4.Enterprise-level Industrial Internet Platform
Break data barriers across R&D, production, supply chain and after-sales services, enabling collaborative design, dynamic reconstruction, closed-loop quality control and predictive equipment maintenance, and boosting industrial collaboration efficiency.
