Taian Baichuan Paper Co., Ltd., located in Xiaoxie Town, Xintai City, Tai'an City, Shandong Province, is a modern enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and sales of specialty paper. Since its establishment, adhering to the core values of "Virtue carries all things; all rivers flow into the sea", we have grown into an important parchment paper production and processing base in Asia, relying on large-scale production capacity, mature technology and strict quality control system. Meanwhile, we have built a multi-category specialty paper product matrix including light weight paper, dictionary paper, bible paper, heat transfer paper and stainless steel liner paper, serving customers in global industries such as packaging, printing, industrial protection and cultural creativity.

Focusing on R&D and production of specialty paper, the company’s core products include parchment paper, bible paper, dictionary paper, coated base paper and light weight paper, adapting to mainstream overseas scenarios such as high-end printing and food packaging. Development History

  • 2002
    Taian Baichuan Paper Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is a specialty paper R&D and production enterprise under Shandong Energy Group, a state-owned enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It possesses seven advanced specialty paper production lines and a wastewater treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 24,000 m³, and was among the first batch of enterprises in Shandong Province to obtain environmentally compliant discharge permits.
  • 2025
    In September 2025, following a shareholding reform, Beijing Zhongtai Herui Technology Co., Ltd. acquired a 67% stake, injecting new vitality into Baichuan Paper ! This introduced advanced technological expertise and formed a highly skilled professional technical team, achieving an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. Its main products include: parchment paper, lightweight paper, dictionary paper, Bible paper, Quran paper, stainless steel lining paper, coated base paper, aluminum foil composite paper, white kraft paper, food packaging paper, furniture board lining paper, and heat transfer paper.
